Job Details:
- Serves as a Licensed Practical Nurse or a Registered Nurse for a Skilled Nursing Facility
- W2 position
- $150 Sign-On Bonus after completion of 40 hours in the first week
- Weekly Pay
- Base pay $42/hr
Requirements:
- State Certified LPN License from Virginia
- Negative TB test
- BLS/CPR certification
- Covid Vaccination
- Valid Driver's license
- Hepatitis B Vaccine Record
- Good references
- Drug Test
Responsibilities:
- Performs designated job duties under the direction and supervision of a Director of Nursing while maintaining the LPN/RN scope of practice
- Participates in the development of an individualized interdisciplinary plan of care.
- Implements the individualized interdisciplinary plan of care according to biophysical, psycho-social, and age-specific needs
- Monitor patient/resident outcomes and report abnormal findings to the Assistant Clinical Manager/Supervisor
- Administers specified medications according to established standards and policies
- Documents patient's status according to the unit-specific procedure
- Maintains educational requirements as required by the Virginia Board of Nursing
- Documents according to federal and state regulations
- Performs other duties as assigned while maintaining the LPN/RN scope of practice
Education Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited practical or registered nursing program
Professional Experience Requirements:
- LTC - A minimum of one (1) year of experience in Long Term Care Facility is required
